Hail Haor


Which is the large wetland of Moulvibazar district headquarters of Sylhet division, Bahubal upazila of Srimangal and Habiganj districts. This haor is surrounded by 14 bills. It is called ‘Latapatar haor’ in local language. Its area is about 10 thousand hectares.

It is also known that there are about 160 species of birds and about 98 species of fish.
