Darasbari Mosque, which is located at Ampur in Chapainawabganj Sadar. The place is known as Darasbari to the locals.
It is known that this mosque was built in 1497 during the reign of Sultan Shamsuddin Yusuf. At that time the name of the mosque was Ferozepur Masjid. Later, after the establishment of Darasbari Madrasah in 1504, it came to be known as Darasbari Mosque.
