The Rocket-Science

Most of us are always interested in learning new information about the artistic subjects of science. The headache of new discoveries every day seems to have no end.

Let’s talk about one of the discoveries in the countless discoveries of science today, which has brought about an unprecedented change in science. Thanks to that science which has become a blessing of progress for humanity. And its name is rocket.

When we look up at the clear sky most of the time, we see something small in the distance, leaving a trail of smoke and moving straight ahead. It is none other than the rocket.

Let’s learn in detail about the rocket.

What is a rocket?

A rocket is a special type of propulsion system. It is a type of vehicle that converts combustible chemicals into energy through combustion, and then releases that energy through the exhaust path of the vehicle. As a result of the resulting thrust, the rocket continues to move at a high speed in the opposite direction. This motion is consistent with Newton’s third law of motion. In other words, Newton’s law can be identified as the basic principle of rocket motion.

The efficiency of a rocket in space is higher than that of the atmosphere. Therefore, multi-stage rockets can reach any height by achieving the earth’s escape velocity. Basically, rocket engines are lighter and much more powerful, so they can generate more acceleration. The rocket depends on momentum, airfoil, government reaction engine, gimbal thrust, momentum wheel, exhaust stream deviation, rotation and gravity to properly operate its flight.

Components:

The components of a rocket include payload, scientific equipment, astronauts, and control and direction determination systems.

Rocket engine:

A rocket engine is a reaction engine. Its principle is that the fuel that is present is converted into energy through a chemical reaction and comes out from the back. This causes the rocket to move forward. The power of a rocket can be measured in pounds. That is, the force required to keep an object at rest against gravity is equal to that amount.

Fuel used in rockets:

Rockets are divided into two classes according to the type of fuel to be used.

Solid fuel:

Solid fuel was first used in rockets in the history of the world. Rockets were first invented by the Chinese. Although gunpowder was used as solid fuel, it was dangerous, so other solid fuels began to be used instead. A major problem with rocket engines is that once they are started, they cannot be stopped or controlled. Therefore, this type of solid substance is used to make rocket missiles or to send auxiliary into space.

Liquid fuel:

In 1926, Robert Goddard first invented this type of rocket. When making the rocket, Robert used petrol and liquid oxygen as fuel, which was pumped into the combustion chamber. Due to the chemical reaction that starts due to these two components, the rocket starts to move towards the samin due to the pressure. The expanded gas comes out of the back of the narrow tube in the rocket at a very high speed due to the chemical reaction. This causes the rocket to move at a very high speed.

Rocket body:

The work of the rocket body is to supply. It is used to supply fuel. It is also used to penetrate the atmospheric zone.

Nose cone:

The nose cone is a very important part of the rocket. The shape of the nose cone on the rocket is designed to penetrate the atmospheric zone by force and move forward. The speed at which a rocket penetrates the atmosphere depends on the shape of the nose cone.

Conclusion:

Rockets have played a major role in the advancement of science and technology. They have been used to launch satellites, explore space, and send astronauts to the moon. Rockets will continue to play a major role in the future of space exploration.
