Mobile is an important thing among people’s daily necessities. Not a single moment goes by without a mobile phone. If the mobile is near, many difficult tasks become easy and if the mobile is not near, even the simple task becomes difficult. When that mobile is lost or stolen, it doesn’t matter. The world seems dark. If your important mobile is lost or stolen, you can go to the local police station with a photo copy of the IMEI number of your lost mobile and a photo copy of the NID card.

Go to the police station and inform the duty officer about the loss or theft of your mobile phone. According to your information, the duty officer will GD the matter through online and through the officer in charge of the police station, an SI/ASI will be responsible for investigating the said GD and taking legal action. The officer in charge will send the letter to Police Headquarters, Dhaka through the Superintendent of Police on the basis of your GD. After receiving the police headquarters letter, you will provide the details of the person using your lost or stolen mobile including the name and address to the investigating officer. The investigating officer after getting that information will recover your mobile and return it to you. It takes some time to complete these activities. You have to wait till then.
