Tetulia Mosque

Tetulia Mosque, which is located in Tetulia village of Tala Upazila, Satkhira district. It is known as “Miyar Masjid” by locals. It is a Muslim architecture dating back to the 18th century and is more than 150 years old.

It is known that Zamindar Salamatullah Khan built the mosque in 1270. The mosque is modeled after the “Sindur Patti” mosque in Kolkata.

Bangladesh Archaeological Directorate has been maintaining the mosque since 1987.
