Shere Bangla Memorial Museum

Shere Bangla Memorial Museum, Which Is Located In Chakhar Union Of Barisal District Banaripara Upazila. It Was Built In 1983 Under The Bangladesh Directorate Of Cultural Affairs. It Was Built On The Residence Of Bangla AK Fazlul Haque. Its Area Is About 27 Acres. It Is Also Called Chakha Archaeological Museum In The Local Language.

It Is Known That Sher Bangla AK Fazlul Haque Was The Chief Minister Of Undivided Bengal. After His Father’s Death In 1901, He Came To Barisal To Practice Law In Calcutta High Court. He Also Looked After The Zamindari Of Chakhar.
