Rajshahi Central Zoo, Located About 4.2 Km From Rajshahi City On The Banks Of The Padma (Once A Race Course). Its Area Is 32.76 Acres. It Is Also Known As Shaheed AHM Kamaruzzaman Central Zoo.

It Is Known That The Construction Work Of Rajshahi Central Zoo Near Shaheed AHM Kamaruzzaman Road Started In 1972. Then In 1974-76, A Children’s Park Was Built Here With The Permission Of The Revenue Department.
