Which Is A Hill Pass In Perachhra Union Of Khagrachhari Sadar Upazila. It Is Also Called Myung Kapal Or Hatimura. Also Known As Stairway To Heaven To Locals And ‘Edo Sire Mon’ In Chakma Language.

It Is Known That The Residents Of 15 Villages Travel Through The Inaccessible Path Of This Mountain. And So, 308 Feet Long Iron Stairs Were Constructed By Chittagong Development Board At Hatimatha Hill To Facilitate The Movement Of The Villagers.

From Khagrachari Bus Stand To Dighinala, From There Via Jeep/Chander Car Reserve, Get Down In Front Of Jamtali Yatri Camp And Take The Left Side Road To Chengi River. Across The River You Will Find A Shop Near Paltanjoy Government Primary School. From Here With The Guide, If You Proceed Along The Road On The Right Side Of The Shop, There Are Two Bamboos A Little Further Past The Sanko, One More Bamboo-Tree Sanko Has To Be Crossed Along The Right Side Of The Ridge. After That, If You Continue Along The Road, You Will See A Bogra Or Larma Para. A Little Further Ahead You Will Reach The Kaptala Area By Crossing The Ridges And Big Hills. Coming Out Of Kaptala, Take The Low Road On The Right Side And You Will Find Another Junction. On The Right Side Of That Junction, You Will See Hatimatha Hill.

One And A Half Hours Trekking Is Required To Reach Hatimatha Hill From Jamtoli Camp.
